Used Cisco – Its All about Trust

My father is not a fan of used items. He believes that it is so impractical for one to pay for something already broken and is just fixed by anybody who might not know anything about high-end electronics. He always has the feeling that used items gets broken easily. That is why he was so angry when my brother, who is now managing our business, bought three units of Used Cisco catalysts, switches to be used by every working division in the office. My father was outraged by the idea that my brother spent a certain amount of company money to buy things that will just be broken in week’s time. For him, it was a bad investment.

However, strong-willed and rational-thinker as he is, my brother explained to my dad that they badly need to have switched in the office. Not only that they have already expanded their customer base, internet connection is now a must for smoother transactions. He also assured my dad that the Cisco Catalyst Switches he bought, although refurbished, are of high quality as it was done by world known Cisco experts. He explained that they have actually saved money in buying these reconditioned items. They talked to each other for over an hour. In the end, my father can just give way to my brother as he is now managing the business.
