The Replacement Windows Company Was Not Good

My parents hired a really horrible company to install their replacement windows and they left my parents with a huge mess. They also tried to tell my father that he owed them about four hundred dollars more on top of the amount that they quoted him. I told him that he was not to pay it. I have since heard from some friends that the replacement windows company that did that has gone out of business. I am not shocked; if you are not a truthful honest contractor then people will find out about you and not hire you.

I cannot remember how the saying goes, but it goes something like: People will never tell if you have done a good job for them, but they will tell a hundred people if you do a bad job for them. I love that, and it is extremely true. I remember a NC roofing contractor that was voted the worst in the business but I never heard anything about the NC roofing contractor who was voted the best in the business.

People only like to make sure that you do not rip anyone else off or if you do terrible work. I sure hope that my customers are not talking about me that can only mean one thing, that I am doing a good job for them.
